The character must be featured with a sign stating at least one “crime” they’ve been booked for!

• ATCs must measure 2.5x3.5” and be on a sturdy backing.
• Art may be presented in landscape or portrait orientation.
• Cards must be sent in a protective sleeve or casing.
• Stickers and/or washi tape may cover up to 25%.
• Include user name, date and title of your piece on back.
• Swap title may be included on a separate piece of paper.
