A label bag is an envelope into which the creator places a number of address labels. The "bags" travel like friendship books, from one pen-pal to the next. When you receive a label bag, you follow the instructions on the outside, for instance: "Take out one label for each person and make new FBs/label bags/etc. for those people. Place 5 of your own labels inside. Sign & date. # 5 please send home!"
