ZMACS Group Swap: Zine-Go-Round, Round 1

Dont forget to put your address behind your page so that when we get them back, we can send everyone who participated in that zine a copy of the finished zine. I know that I would love to see how these turn out!! I plan to put my address label behind all of the pages that i do for my partners and I hope to get a copy of theirs when it is done!!!

Also, I plan to make a re-useable envelope for mine. it has my address in both spots. it is covered in packing tape. you just put the next address on top of the packing tape. When you move it on, you replace the address and use packing tape to take the last one off. at the end, all the addresses are removed and the only address showing is mine in both places so that it is guaranteed to return to the original owner. If you end up not completing the total rounds, you can just return the envelope to the original partner so that they get their zine back no matter what. Always place a strip of packing tape under both the stamps and the new address so that they come off easily and the envelope can be used again. I use one of those small yellow heavy duty envelopes and cut it down with a flap.

Would LOVE to join but am getting ready to go into evaluation at Vanderbilt for a liver transplant so I don't think I can commit. But y'all have fun and I hope to be able to join the next one!!

Wish I could commit because this sounds super fun, but I’m actually hoping to move sometime in the nearish future and don’t want to start something I can’t finish. Perhaps next time! I will haiku away though. :)

A great idea would be to put your info like name and address behind the page you work on. That way in the end if the last person wants to make copies and send out they can. I plan on sending any copies to anyone that leaves their name for me 😀

I mailed my Little Book of Texture to wyrdfae and she rated me. I received the Lemons zine from kittyhahahotbot and rated.

My *Little Book of Texture" has been returned to me by kristencat! I'm so excited to see this completed zinel What a great swap! My plan is to scan the zine and send a pdf copy to the participants. It won't be the same as having it though because it's filled with texture but I think it will still be cool to see the finished results in 2D instead of 3D. :)
