Remember when you were a kid, you wanted to be a rock star? Or a teacher, astronaut, zoologist, or something else? Remember those dreams? Some of them seem silly now, but here's your chance to write a letter to someone else (hand written or typed, 2-pages) to tell about your childhood dreams...and tell them what you're doing now. If you still have dreams about what you want to do "when you grow up"--go ahead and write about those, too! This is a great way to get ratings! This is an international swap, and newbies are welcome (please have a profile that is filled out!) or you need ratings of 4.0 or more.

How long should the letters be minimum? Two pages is usally standard...

I have a question. I'm the not-heard-from-in-well-over-a-month nwcomer who is wanting to make good on all my unsent swaps. I've been off-line all this time due to my WebTV system completely dying on me and needing to save up to buy a whole new system, which I just got and am now back on-line. Even though I'm WAY past deadline to mail out my swaps, may I still please send this to my partner even though horribly late? I'm going through backed up e-mails and the page listing my swaps to figure out what I owe to whom and making a list of partners. The link for this swap still works, so may I please go ahead and send even though very late?

rainbowsparkles, I'd say go ahead and send. You may not get a 5 rating for it, since you were so late with it, but at least if you send it, you'll get a 3 rather than a 1 and be able to work at getting your ratings back up eventually. Better late than never....
