Each month there are some rather ubscure and wacky holidays or days that like to be celebrated in some places. This website has a long list of hundreds of them for every single day of the month. Create a zine no larger than 4x6 (the smaller the better). At least 8 pages total (that includes the front and back).

Pick a wacky holiday and create a zine all based on that ONE day. If there were a day that is National Garlic Day you can create a zine dedicated to some of the history of garlic and a few recipes using garlic. If it was National Firefly day you could include info about locations of firefly sightings and some poetry or stories about them. Sooo.... sign up!!! Then go to and look for the holiday in March to commemorate.

Don't forget to put the name of the holiday on the front of the zine and somewhere in the zine put your username and swap name.
