CS: Canadian Heroes, Part 1

I have a library book called, "Canadian Courage" - True Stories of Canada's Everyday Heroes. There's quite a list of them/us.

I'm going to split the names into five parts, so this will be an ongoing swap until the five parts are done. If you'd be interested we could keep it going by doing a different person for another five swaps.

Part 1 will be "Courage in the Face of Adversity" and includes:

Ryan Straschnitzki: Keeping the Dream Alive
Timea Nagy: One Girl at a Time
Luca "Lazylegz" Patuelli: No Excuses, No Limits
Terry Fox: Inspiring a Nation to Fight for a Cure
John Cairns: Making Every Step Count
John Westhaver: Turning Tragedy into Purpose

You can google each name to see what they did, and then choose one to make a tag with.

I like the idea of tags because then you can get a binder ring and hang them all together. You can make your tag any size between a #5 tag which is 4-3/4" x 2-3/8" and 3 x 6".

No ribbon or lace is needed on your tag when you send it but, of course, it'll need the hole in the top.

Have fun learning about some Canadian heroes; maybe one of them is your neighbour.
