I recently moved into a new place with a garden and now flowers pop up everywhere, it's so beautiful! Thinking about it, it got me curious what other people's gardens look like. Okay, lets be honest, I want to see pics of flowers. :D For this swap you will have five partners. Take pictures of your garden. Don't have one, but want to take part anyway? Balconies are okay, too! Share at least five pictures of your garden up to as many as you like. You can tell a bit about your garden, what you're growing there, hoe long you've had it, what you'd like to talk about. This part is optional and not a requirement. You can sahre your pictures in a blog post, via Mail, make a pdf, whatever suits you. I want this to be a safe swap. No unrated swappers this time. No 3's and 1's within the past three months, no unexplained 3's and 1's in general. Rated newbies are welcome, but need a well filled out profile. I will check every participant before assigning partners. If any questions or problems occur, feel free to contact me! :)

Guess I'll need to do another round of this swap in a couple of months. I'm completely new to gardening, when would be a good time? "Show me your house plants" sounds like a good swap idea, too. ;) Whoever wants to host this, go ahead. My house plants look like crap.

I’m sure it depends on your climate, gardening zone, plants you’ve chosen, etc, but my garden starts waking up in March. I have TONS of natives in bloom now (April). By June or July, my garden starts to look really lush and full, and by August, it’s usually looking overgrown and wild!

(I’m in zone 3, and my main focus the last several years has been native plants, but each year I also plant a few annual flowers, herbs and veggies.)
