MM&L: Handmade Postcard #1

I'm switching it up a bit for this swap and instead of an ATC we will be making a handmade postcard. This will be the first in a continuing series of free-theme (though group relevant) handmade postcard swaps - woo! :)

MM&L: Handmade Postcard #1

If you enjoy making your own postcards I hope you'll join this swap! We will have 1 partner and make 1 handmade postcard for them centered around something related to the group theme (as usual think cryptids/monsters, aliens/UFOs, ghosts, demons, mythology, folklore, anything paranormal or otherwise supernatural...you get the drift!)

Rules:

• Make 1 postcard for 1 partner.

• Sender's choice on topic or theme (as long as it pertains to the group) so you can make this ahead of time. It's always fun to make (and receive!) something your partner really enjoys though so feel free to check profiles for ideas!

• Select a STURDY card at least 4x6 in size as the base for your creation. I like to use thick kraft blanks for mine, but you may also repurpose a postcard you have as long as it's not too thin/flimsy. Be aware oversized postcards will require more postage than standard size.

• Create with any medium you like - collage, hand drawn or painted, combination of both or any other method you like. Stickers and other embellishments acceptable as long as they are flat. Please put some effort in and make something in a quality you would enjoy receiving yourself!

• Make sure all elements are secured and will make it to the destination intact using something like a layer of modge podge to seal it.

• Send written/stamped, inside a plastic sleeve, or blank/written in an envelope. Sender's choice on how to send, but make sure you include the swap name + your username either on the back of the card itself or with a separate note so you can easily be rated.

• Send on time by the deadline and rate promptly when you receive the swap. You must rate 5 if all rules were followed and hearts at your own discretion if you love it! Don't down rate your partner without contacting me about the issue first.

If you will be late sending for any reason contact myself AND your partner. I will angel for this swap if anyone is flaked on, but you must attempt to communicate with your partner and give them the appropriate rating first.
