2024: What Should My Focus Be?

2024! What kind of year do you want? Focus on what's really meaningful to you to try to keep in mind throughout 2024. It could be anywhere from one to five words.

Write your words on a post card or in a letter. . If you want you can go into some detail about what the word(s) mean to you.

Some things that come to my mind are music, peace, acceptance, calmness, vote, goodness, spaghetti sauce, books. meditation, charity. Now it's time to winnow them down to the most crucial theme(s) of 2024.

I hope that this exercise will set you up with intentions and ideas. This is not a resolution, but a theme. Please ask me if you have questions.
