Your envelope should be legal/business/large notecard size and it can be storebought or handmade. Please collage the majority of the front - you can use other design elements including stickers, washi, rubber stamping, HD/HP but the main design element should be collage.

Secure your work securely and keep the envelope as flat as possible. I usually put a coat of Mod Podge over everything.

Enclose a note and at least 3 samples of the items you used to create your artwork - fussy cuts, papers, washi, stickers, etc.
