Description:
Grab your bag of scraps and cover an envelope. You may tear scraps, cut them straight, ink the edges, etc… Embellishments are allowed but not required. Some white showing is ok. Please include a note with your user name, swap name, and date. Make sure all edges and papers are glued down well or even tape your edges. Remember adding paper adds weight to your envelope. If unsure, send your envie from the P.O. to make sure you have correct postage.
