Description:

Hello! Let's try a homemade "Postalette Swaps." I found a tutorial for Fern Letter Fold which is a sheet of paper that can be written upon, folded and mailed.

The theme for this month is DECEMBER! (Holidays, Cookie Day, Socks Day, Christmas Card Day, Ugly Sweater Day, Winter Solstice Day, etcetera) Search through your stash and find a sheet of December vibes one-sided paper.

Write a personal letter to your partner, either handwritten or printed. Select three of the prompts listed below.

Seal the letter (think a sticker, wax seal, or a bit of washi tape)

WRITING PROMPTS:

  1. Local events, parades or festivals – either in your hometown or state

  2. Life update – what’s happened recently, moving house, family wedding, vacation, new pet, visited with a friend, and so on.

  3. What are your family traditions this month?

  4. Gingerbread or sugar cookies? Hot chocolate or eggnog?

  5. What is your favorite December memory?

  6. What is your favorite winter activity? What do you do?

  7. What’s your favorite – or least favorite – Holiday song?

  8. What is your favorite holiday movie?

  9. What job would you have if you worked in Santa’s Workshop?

10.Would you rather ride on Santa’s sleigh or the Polar Express?
