THIS IS A PROFILE-BASED SWAP!

For everyone interested in this swap, please have a well-filled-out profile so your partner will have enough information to make mail that you will enjoy. On the same token, please be sure to thoroughly read your partner's profile before beginning your swap for them.

Please be prepared for the cost of postage if you choose to participate.

(You can use lots of stamps for packages, just confirm with your post office that you have included enough. You may also do a metered postage with tracking.)

JUST FOR YOU - JANUARY

You will have one (1) partner and you will send them one crafty package. (This will be a repeating swap that will take place each month with tweaks to the minimum requirements to keep things interesting.)

Minimum Requirements include:

• at least a one-page letter introducing yourself (or updating your partner on how you are if you have traded before)
• a flipbook, well decorated and including at least 3 small handmade or purchased gifts (some examples are shakers, bookmarks, wax seals, altered paperclips, etc...)
• a "recommendations" list with at least 5 things you recommend and if you like include why those things made it onto your list. (These could be your current music playlist, books and authors, movies, YouTube channels, stores to visit, restaurants, recipes, anything really... )
• at least 1 handmade or purchased gift your partner has specifically mentioned on their profile.

Please put as much thought and creativity into packaging your mail as you do into creating it! <3

SENDING ON TIME

You will have the month of January to complete your mail for your partner. The last day to sign up is December 31, 2024.

Partners will be assigned on January 1, 2025. Please do not try to or stress about getting this package sent on Day 1. While that is great for many swaps and for some even expected, this swap is meant to be thoughtful and creative; that usually takes more than a single crafty session to do.

You will have until January 31, 2025, to send your mail; but please be sure to make it a priority and not just put it off until the last minute. The goal is for you to have plenty of time to have fun crafting it and for you also to get it out before the deadline.

Some Additional Housekeeping

• If you receive a package from your partner that DOES meet all the requirements, please rate it a 5. While the goal is for it to be something you love, your partner may not interpret what is on your profile the same as you would, so please show grace in that area.
• Please do not rate your partner a 1 or 3 without messaging them first and then notifying me if the issue is not remedied.
• The minimum rating required for this swap is 4.99. Due to the nature of this swap, no unrated swappers will be able to join.
• I may ban swappers if I see any concerns. I will message you to let you know my concern so that you can try to address it if you still desire to join the swap.
