Description:
This is a swap for those who likes fabric. If anyone is like me we have so much and its time for some new pieces. 6 inches gives big enough pieces for small projects like dotee dolls and fabric ATCs. For those making charm quilts this should be perfect. You will have 3 partners that you will send 15 six inch squares to each partner. Total of 45 squares. Lets try to send at least one of each of the primary colors like red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Some novelty prints are nice too. Cotton material for quilters unless you request other types. Now the rules: being a newby I know it is hard to get into swaps. Newbies are welcome with filled out profile. No no sends in the past three months and a rating of at least 4.5. Please no flakers! I have been flaked on and know how it is. I will ban so I'm watching. I will angel if needed. Use partners profile for favorite themes and leave comments on your likes and dislikes if there is anything in particular. This is a U.S. only swap due to shipping costs. Lets pull out our material and have fun!

Do the pieces need to be perfect 6-inch squares or just fabric that is at least 6 inches by 6 inches?

It would help quilters if they were at least 6 inch by 6 inch It does not have to be perfect

Although I just learned (the hard way) that it is important to cut fabric on the grain (not on the bias), for quilters.

Good point mythomia! This swap however is for all that may or may not quilt. If you all are not sure how to cut on the bias there are many websites that are very informative. We are not going to be picky in this swap. If the pieces are at least 6inch by 6inch that is all that is required.

I love fabric! I would prefer not to receive too many solid colors, as I can get those at my local wally world. Any print is more then ok with me!!

I am a quilter, so please send 100% cotton. I really prefer prints to solids, but I would be happy to receive most anything :)
