Scrapbooking monthly kit clubs are so much fun! you always get different types of materials and supplies that coordinate and compliment each other. in this swap you will create a monthly paper crafts kit for your partner. you will have 2 weeks to pick a theme or a color combo and then hand pick the items that would fit your partner's kit (please note: store bought kits are not the target here. you need to compile your very own kit). the kit should include the following: 5 papers at least 6X6 inches size 4 buttons/brads/eyelets 3 big embellishments (Prima flowers, chipboards, tags etc) 2 stamped images/die cuts/stickers 1 ribbon/border you may add more coordinating extras your choice! please write below in the comments if your are more of a page kit, or a card kit type. this does not mean you will get it but your partner may use that info. this is the time to get creative! remember you are "starting" your very own kit of the month club. this is an international swap, and everybody can sign up for this with a rating over 4.7/well filled profile. l am a newbie myself so this is Newbie Friendly.i will check the profiles and do my best that this swap will be a good one for everybody! last note: I'm just trying this as an idea. if this swap will go well i will continue with it every month. happy swapping!

I really like this idea and have signed up. I was just wondering, what else constitutes as a big embellishment? Would three dimensional stickers count? Where would transparencies and journaling blocks go? Thanks in advance :)

Also, I forgot to add that I would like a card making kit. I have not really been feeling the whole scrapbook layout thing lately. Thanks :)

Hi, i did not mention transparencies and journaling blocks since they mainly being used for a page kit and not everybody wants a page kit.in case you're making this kind of kit then it can be considered as a "big" embellishment. I'm counting on you to decide what is considered to be a "big" embellishment.

If the paper size is 6X6 it would work for a page or a card. I think the smaller size is fun for quick albums. This is just what i would like.

I would like a page kit, also I found it really easy to look at my partners wishlist . So I think it would be helpful for your partner to find out your style and what to go shopping for :)
