My first swap/or Ratings booster

I suspect that people who "need to raise their ratings" (flakers, you mean?) find it far easier to do so by joining e-mail swaps with 20 partners. ;)

how are we supposed to get hearts without the option of extras?

I guess you are supposed to make a great package (like, looking at your partner's profile and choosing what she would love) instead of throwing in crappy extras. Now that's a challenge, huh?

@Helena8664 for hearts you can always send a profile based item as well. Use your imagination! hope this helps

plaid ribbon please if possible to find this time of year, or bumble bees or black/yellow ribbon, or camo ribbon, for funky retro ribbon & buttons would all be appreciated though anything different and unique

You don't alwyas have to give extras for hearts. You know when you open that package and it just hits you right? That's a heart. Ever open one of those packages and you think "ugh", that's not a heart.

Wanted it to be an easy straight forward swap.

As a newbie I think this is a wonderful idea!!

Sorry to leave another comment, but, can we remove the ribbon from the reel? It is easier to mail, and cute ways to present it. Also, some ribbon has one yard, others three or nine. Is there a minimum? I don't want to short change anyone. Thanks!

Wouldn't want to be short changed either, so you can leave the ribon on or off the reel and how about 1 yd mininum. Sound good?

Thank you for doing this. As a newbie, it's hard to find swaps that I can participate in because I don't have enough swaps under my belt. And ribbons and buttons - two of my favourite things!

Yes it is senders choice, however if you get a senders name that has listed a choice here, and you are able, please try and match their choice. Hearts are not based on extras here in this swap. I have opened swaps to literally find more extras than the original item number was, they were trying to cover up the fact they didn't do the swapped item correctly. Giving hearts is a personal opinion for me. So if you don't know what it is a heart deserver now, don't worry, you will know when you see something that deserves a heart.
