I love buying old school books (thanks to a second hand store which sells them extremely cheaply) to use in my craft projects and I thought it might be fun to swap pages from them. So no full books or just pictures cut from them but pages.

Details:
1. You'll have 1 partner and you'll send them five pages (you can send more if you want but it isn't required)
2. Which means that postage should be so cheap that the swap is international (as all my swaps really have to be...).
3. Vintage means in this case before 1970s
4. Subject matter can be anything but the pages should look like they are from school books (so not just pages full of text).
5. All my books are in Finnish so to not to make myself ineligible there aren't any restrictions on the language (so if for some reason you only like one language you probably shouldn't join the swap), as long as there's something about the page that looks like a school book.
6. Actual pages, no photocopies or prints
7. Newbies welcome, other people with rating of at least 4.8. Depending on my budget I may be able to angel, but hopefully it won't be necessary.

Could you please clarify "schoolbook?' Do you mean a book a school age child would read, or a book like math, social studies etc? Thank you!

What a good idea for a swap. I have a lot of old schoolbooks, 1920's and 30's. Ereine, I looked at some of your photos, you do lovely craft work. :)

I think that it's simplest to include the sort of books you might use in a school, but not novels, picture books, fairy tales, that sort of things. I guess everything educational is all right.
