Is the idea to buy a 40 odd page book and fill it, or have empty pages at the back ...

I know I would prefer having a full book sent to me with perhaps pages to write my gift list and card list on

Hi Carol. It depends on the book your partner starts with and how they do the project. If you bought a 50 page art journal and made errors on a few pages as I often do and pulled them out, then you might only have a few at the end to decorate or you could have decorated blank pages throughout the journal and some other blanks at the end if you had a 60 page journal and couldn't fill it. I certainly don't mind blanks at the end as I intend to use the journal I get for years and would love space to write in or on over the years. I'm expecting our partners will take these comments into account when doing their projects!
