It's a fun game. Scratch Card Exchange. Purchase 4 of your states Lottery Scratch Cards and mail them out then sit back and wait to receive your four tickets. You will have the opportunity to send the possibility of money out into the world and receive the same possibility in return. There is no promise that any one will win anything but won't it be fun to play. Please don't spend more than $2.00 per card and try to send out fun types of cards. And we are sending out the Scratch cards that you buy at gas stations and grocery stores. Not actual lottery Tickets Please remember to send out your tickets in a timely manner and take pictures of all your fun cards and whether or not you got a winner. This swap is limited to people in the United States only (because I'm not sure if other countries have scratch cards or how one would collect the money if they win. Here in the States everybody has a lottery.)

Before I get way excited about this swap...are we able to cash scratchers from other states? Say I'm in California ans i get scratchers from Utah...can i cash them in california?

I have the same question . . . I thought they could only be cashed in the state they were purchased in . . . it would be great if I'm wrong!

I believe that you are correct about only cashing lottery tickets in the states that they were purchased in with the exception of the big multi-state ones.

You can mail it in to the state's agency. If there is no address on the back of the ticket, you can look it up online.

Chelsea Matej is correct you have to call in and mail the cards and you will recieve a check.
