FOUND! art/ craft inspiration swap

i was walking to Mt Tabor park last week & found a tiny little lock (open, but no key), a pile of gnarly bark from a Douglas Fir (perfect for embellishing my shrine for an upcoming swap*bot exchange), and 4 colorful bottle caps (hmmm...a pendant, magnet making perhaps?) & i thought WHAT A SCORE! and i want to do a FOUND swap!...i'm envisioning cool, quirky, unusual stuff that is perfect for artistic creation. In the next month, as you walk through the world, gather FOUND stuff that would INSPIRE you and in turn, YOUR FELLOW ARTISTS/ CRAFTSTERS. Your stash might include paper stuff (ticket stubs, notes to a sweetheart, weird receipts), metal items (coins, hardware, etc.), or stuff from the natural world (shells, cool rocks, twisted twigs, etc.). You can "find" stuff anywhere ( on the street, dumpster diving, in a thrift store, at a garage/ tag sale, etc.) Any found item goes as long as it is CLEAN & user ready. Fill a 6" x 9" bag or larger with your found items and include info on where you found the item & perhaps the inspiration you got from it. You will have 1 swap partner, and folks with a whole bunch of 1 ratings are not eligible for the swap. Any thoughts or questions, post away. HAPPY FINDING! :-)
