Altered Switchplate Swap - US only

For this swap, let's alter a standard switchplate (designed for one light switch) for our partner using paint, collage (well-sealed), polymer clay, or another medium of your choice. Look at your partner's profile for color and theme "likes" before making, so that s/he will receive something pleasing to them, whether abstract or representational. Make something of a quality you would like to receive!

This is US only because light switch plates vary from country to country. This group has it's requirements so it's not likely to happen, but I'll ban anyone fishy. No drama, rate fairly, and have fun!

(I will alter this swap to include Canada if the light switch plates are the same, but I don't know if they are--can anyone tell me?)
