what you DON'T need to send are the blanks. To send: only the deco stuff, pictures, etc.

you can send as much as you want to - whatever is not used for making the goodies can be kept by the swap partner. :) (I'm pointing this out because I tend to send a little more in such swaps anyway and well, we're supposed to make nice things and not just totally stuffed things LOL).

Rating: We rate when we get the supplies and then leave a message on the other one's profile once we receive the crafts goodies. Send by date is for the crafts supplies. We message each other once we've sent what we've made.
