~It's the most wonderful time of the yeeeeear!~ Let's make and send Halloween cards! Easy, not-too-elaborate, fairly quick ones that will post for one first-class stamp. So get out your stamp pads, stickers, fancy ink pens, paint if you wanna...and make 3 cards for your friends here :) Just because I always seem to throw in some oddball rule: you may use glitter/confetti, but it must be glued down so it doesn't fly all over when the envie is opened (or sift out at the PO and throw them into a tizzy!). It has to be ABLE to go for 44c -- if you want special services or if you want to put it in a package with other items (like a treat bag) for your partner, that's fine. Recap -- three partners, three cards; no loose glitter, mails for one first-class stamp. Requirements -- 4.9 with at least 10 non-electronic swaps. (If you're under 4.9 but have a good reason, PM me well before the 16th.)

Pics of a few I made for last year -- this is pretty much the best I can do, so it's about the level I'd expect to see!

I'm new, how do you get the rating. I am in two other card swap internet sites and love it. Is there a way to join yours without the 4.9 rating

I had glitter but it got everywhere...then I found glitter glue and that seems to help the 'flakage' tremendously.

I guess I should have asked this before you assigned partners; however, how strict are you on the 1 first class stamp ?

Why I am asking is when I make my cards, I usually take them to the post office and have them hand cancel the envelope which costs an extra .20 cents (a total of .64 cents for the postage). This way their automatic machine will not mess up the card.

It has to be ABLE to go for 44c -- if you want special services or if you want to put it in a package with other items (like a treat bag) for your partner, that's fine.
