This is a swap for those who like to learn about other places. Send your partners items that describe where you live. Examples include: postcards, brochures from places of interest, pictures, artwork, magnets, maps, language translations, or whatever you would like that highlights where you live! One thing that must be included is a letter from you introducing yourself and an explanation on the included items. This is for anyone who has a filled out profile. I can angel but like everyone hope all who join plan on participating.

This looks like a great idea...I have only lived in my area for 1 1/2 year so I'm thinking I can learn a lot by working on this one! I will keep watching for now and hope to join, depending on busy life gets in the next month.

Is there a certain number of things you must send? I just fear someone will stick a brochure in an envie and send it out.

I would suggest at least 5 items. If there aren't many brochures or items you can think of include pictures and a letter telling about your town.

Sounds really cool. I love the place I live in, so would be cool to introduce someone to it. And also love learning about new places.

I'd love to do this if it were USA/Canada only. I have to watch money so I have to limit my intl swaps.
