Create 2 cards for 2 partners (4 cards in total). The only catch is that your background has to be a black & white photo..Use any subject you desire, be creative and fun with it. Or be dark and scary with it!! Standard ATC rules apply: 2.5 x 3.5 inches in size on sturdy cardstock/cardboard. Usual swap requirements apply: please do not sign up if your rating is less than 4.5 and you have more than 1 no send (email me for an exceptions). Newbies and international welcome. Seriously, if you dont plan to make the cards and send them, do not sign up..

Can't they just be photos? ATCs don't all have to be collages, or embellished in any way, and I've been doing quite a lot more photo art lately. I like to remind people in the ATC trading world that they are "Artist Trading Cards"--originally used to trade samples of the artist's works in their medium of choice, ie: to share painting techniques and such, and do not have to be mixed media. So what do you think?

I like to make the photo just a tad smaller than an ATC and mount it on Black cardstock that's the right size. It frames them nicely, especially B&W, and protects the corners from dog-earing. Cyn

The ATC can be whatever you want..as long as its b&w photo. If you dont wanna embelish it, you dont have to. I agree with you, an ATC is what we see as art..So happy ATC'ing...
