Clean it out

Hi, does this swap need to be profile based so that we are sending our unwanted items to others who want them? or is it senders choice so we're sending the items we don't want to someone else who may not want them either?

I would join if this was regional instead of international which would make the postage prohibitive. I save this kind of stuff to donate to charities.

Thats a great theme for a swap, but i´m with the same problem as Bexs...I dont think i have that much stuff to send. I hope you make another swap like this one in december, i think i´ll be able to have enough items!! :)

Sad thing is all my craft drawers look like the pictures. I pick up stuff everywhere, goodwill, estate sales, the craft store, that I think I will use and I never do. I will most definitely be joining. I am a little worried about the international costs being too high, but I think the things I will be sending shouldn't be too heavy of a package. Looking forward to swapping all this stuff out!

Hi looks like a great swap. But how much should we send? I think I´ll be afraid that I send to little...

I have quite a bit, but I am worried about sending it. A lot of it has never been used, but something I might consider junk cause I'll never use it, my partner might consider junk too and they will never use it. I guess that is the chance we will be taking sending this all, correct? I just hope that won't get me rated down, if that were the case.

I would do it if it is US only, just because of postage costs. I could stuff a pretty big envie though! All my drawers and the top of my desk and all my shelves and tabletops look like the swap photo! HAHAHA

that's the only thing about these swaps... I managed to fill a pretty good sized box... like the medium flat rate size!!! so, really, I hope I don't get a small envelope in return... you know?!?! but, that's the chance you take at swaps like this.

I found some great stuff, I think my partner will like. :o)

I was going to drop this swap, but my server was down for almost 24 hrs & came back up this morning - sigh!

FYI - International mail to Europe - a package weighing 13-16 oz costs $10.76, (Canada & Mexico is cheaper) so I really can't send very heavy items. Over 1# is considerably higher. I will probably stick to US only large swaps after this one.
