Yes, I think lip balm must be cheaper in the States. Especially the Christmas value packs. Eight Lip Smackers in a cute holiday pouch was only five dollars at Wal Mart, and it's not cheap quality either. It's very cute packaging and fun scents. And if you wait til after Christmas those packs go down to half off! If some think it expensive, maybe Ajinka can adjust the price, because you can buy a lot of chapstick here with just ten dollars,either way I'm very excited about this swap and bought my lip balms today!! :)

I wouldn't mind if I got ALL Lip Smackers - I like them just fine. I really like little pot balms too. I don't like gooey, messy glosses. Thank you Ajinka for stipulating that the balms should be good quality :)

I only dislike sticky things and don't like things that smell that strong sweet smell of beeswax. I don't have a problem with that being an ingredient just not the dominant scent. It should be fun.

I was going to join until I noticed that you had sugggetsed items from local farmers markets would be ok. I live in Australia and we have really strict import/customs laws regarding natural/handmde products coming in and out of the country, if someone bought all items from a local farmers market my entire package would likely be confiscated by customs :(

Wow! Im in!! I got flaked on my last one....so looking forward to this one. As it such a high price, maybe you should think about adding guidelines of who can join....maybe not accepting newbies, Im not against them as we all are new once but its a really high price and noone wants to be flaked at.

To my partner....please NO home made lipbalms, NO one in a tin and NO strange smells, like chocolate, watermelon and peppermint. I do LOVE the ones that comes in a tube, berries smells.....I have a few pics on my profile on lipbalms I would love to try....or at least it would give you some idea what I do like.

All you girlies have to check out etsy, I am a lip balm freak and I just bought caramel sea salt lip balm, pears and berries and hazelnut latte as my birthday present to me!!! ( its soon!) I you love any lip balms from there. I will be probaly be sending some from their too. There are so many small artisitian that make them. Please no bonnie bell, cheapy brand, like ones you can get any where! I only want the "goood" stuff :)!

Hi!! Great Swap! I too love GOOD lip balms... Not Bonnie Bell or Lip Smackers. I enjoy all flavors.. My faves right now are Carmex Mint and the minty/tinted tubes from Bath & Bidy Works (I can't remember the brand). I'm also a huge lover of Etsy and ice purchased several from there. I can't wait!
