If you have a low rating that you did not deserve, or a low rating which you have worked to correct, let's discuss it. No promises. I will protect the other swappers. If you have a sequence of low ratings from the past, you must have ten or more "5" heart ratings since then, and evidence that you have rectified or tried to rectify the low ratings.
