Description:
For this swap you will use things around your house, that would normally be tossed out, for what ever reason, and make 5 book marks for your partners. These can be made out of ANY medium. So long as it is not NEW. Left over card stock? Christmas cards? Birthday cards? Grocery boxes? Have a scrap piece of cross stitch fabric? Pieces of wrapping paper? Get the picture? :) Since I am not able to afford international postage at this time, it WILL be for the US only. Sorry. But I will host another one that is INTERNATIONAL, if this one goes over good. Let's say... three partners? If we get more in the swap, then I can bump it up to more, if you want. Today is December 8, 2009. I will leave the swap open for sign ups for one week. Swap will stop taking sign-ups on December 15, 2009. With your finished product to be mailed out no later than, December 26, 2009. That gives you a little over two weeks to make them. :)

This is a great idea! Unfortunately, I will not have time to make these before Christmas. I hope someone does this again in the new year.

Would it help people if I changed the due date to Jan? I just figured that plenty of us would have left over SOMETHING or another. Wrapping paper, grocery boxes, etc.... but I can change it if it will help.

Hi! Im in this swap, and I am ready to send out my bookmarks. I would prefer to keep the date the same because Im still a newbie and I have to finish this swap before I can officially sign up for the other swaps I am wanting to do. Im not trying to be difficult. :) Maybe you can go ahead and give me an addy so I can "complete" it, but still change the dates.....I don't know the rules, so that might not be allowed.

Is it ok to incorporate craft supplies INTO the bookmark, as long as the base is re-cycled, desitned to be trash? Like can we stamp on them, add buttons, etc?

For what it is worth Gigglesapu has not responded to any of my emails and of course has not sent my bookmarks. She is the 4th person to flake on me in my short 2 month membership!!!!! Very Frustrating!!!
