Description:

Do you love to cook? Do enjoy creating new and interesting meals for your family or loved ones? My husband and I LOVE to cook together and are always searching for new recipes. We also have a lot of cookbooks as I am sure many you do as well.

So why not put our cookbooks to use and swap recipes!!??! All you have to do is chose TEN recipes from your cookbooks and photo copy them, neatly fold them into a mailing envelope, and mail it away to your partner! Its an easy and cost effective way to trade information and spicen up our meals!

You can post up to five kinds of recipes you would like to have and your partner will do their best to find some within their cookbooks but if your partner does not have any that you are specifically looking for it is up to your partner to chose ten great recipes that you might not have ever thought of trying.

This should be an easy, stressfree, and super fun swap!

Sorry to say...mine are not the old fashioned way on index cards. The ones I have are photo recipe cards slightly smaller than a 3X5 postcard. I'm always getting a lot of these from all the different Food Stores I go to. Would these be Okay on my behalf?

I would say for the sake of keeping things simple-only photo copies of recipes in cookbooks. But thank you for asking though! :)

I wish this was international - I want to spice up my meals too! I also have a small but solid collection of cookbooks I refer to all the time. Please let me know if you decide to change this to be international by any chance.

I am always looking for recipes for chicken, crock-pot dinners, beef, Mexican dishes. We do not eat seafood.

I've picked a variety of recipes for my partner, more than 10, because I have the cookbook from my childhood in the 70's, and it's full of awesome recipes. I hope my partner enjoys them. I appreciate being able to participate in this swap. Thank you.
