Your City: A Travel Package Swap

I have seen some swaps on here where the person is to send their partner info on the city where they live. I thought that this would be even better to do if we can actually go there and see it for ourselves. Since we all live in the great Pacific Northwest here, that is actually possible. Who doesn't love a day-trip?!?!

For this swap we will craft together a travel package to promote your city. This could be a home-made pamphlet or however you would like to create it. Just make sure to include things that others who are not familiar with the area would take interest in such as the history of the city, things to do, places to go, where to eat (and this would be a great time to tell about that fantastic hole in the wall eatery that out-of-towner's would probably pass right by), interesting facts, anyone famous from there?, anything necessary about the surrounding area, and anything else that would be great information to include. If there is a great fair or festival only in the summer, be sure to include that. It doesn't necessarily have to be things going on right at this moment. You could also throw in a postcard if they sell them (I know some cities postcards are really hard to find) but that is up to you. If you currently don't live in the Pacific Northwest please still join and just do this swap based on the city you used to live in, in the Northwest.

Just be creative and have fun! Any questions let me know. I will check this swap page on a regular basis. Also I will set the sign-up date and the send-by date for late January. Please let me know if you are interested but need the dates changed for any reason and I can change things around. I will set this up for 1 partner each since this can be time consuming.

You must have a 4.8 and up to join and no recent 1s or 3s. If you do have either of those ratings, you must have a good explanation and show that you are trying to fix those.
