Description:
I thought we needed a quick and easy swap for Valentine's day. I got the idea from Somerset Gallery Winter 2009. Make each tag somewhere around 3" x 8.5". Use Vintage images, vintage wallpaper, bits of lace, buttons, anything you can think! For this swap everyone will be assigned 2 partners, and making each partner 1 tag! :)
