Matchbooks from a bar or restaurant

But I thik, it will be better and more interesting, if we send beautyful matchboxes from everywhere, because boxes from bars or restaurants aren't cute.

Some matchbooks from bars and restaurants can be very pretty.

it can be match boxes or match packets. i guess they can be from anywhere but i prefer ones from cool restaurants with neat names and logos. i will also update the number of partners if nobody else joins so that we'll all just send to each other.

Around here bars and restaurants in Southern California anyway no longer have free matchbooks as smoking is no longer allowed inside these businesses.

This is true, shopandbid, it is getting harder to find matchbooks at restraunts these days. But I have a stash I can rummage through for this swap. I never pass up an opportunity to pick up matchbooks - even though I've never smoked. I'm just an avid collector of just about EVERYTHING! ;-) So I am IN!

I checked my stash, and I have lots of interesting ones. Do they need to be new &/or in pristine condition? Some of them it looks like I've used a few of the matches.

Awww I have like 2 from a bar here nearby named "Snookies" lol...cute matchbox but not enough to sign up :( also- it says 3 partners but in your description it says 5..might want to fix that :) Have fun!

hey, i 've tried to edit the description and change it from 5 but every time i do, it doesn't take effect. it will be 3 partners and any match book or match box will be fine but i prefer ones from restaurants with cool catchy names or logos. i usually pick them up while traveling or from local restaurants which is where the ones i'll send out will come from.
