Can the biscotti be homemade, then wrapped in press n seal wrap or in baggies, or saran wrap?

I love tea and biscotti and will be happy to share! I have celiac,so unless you send me GF biscotti I will pass it on to my hubby-but he won't mind!

We probably need to use store bought biscotti--due to allergies.
