Description:
I like flowers, but I have not a garden. So I grown up some flowers in every summer on my balcony. Maybe you wish too any new interesting seeds for your balcony (or garden). Please send two packets of seeds to your one partner. Please send only seeds of flowers, what will not grown high (to 50 cm) and what you think, that will grown up well on balcony. Please send too one folded card with flowers, than card will protect seed packets. IMPORTANT: It is up to yourself to make sure that it's allowed to send seeds to the country you live in! If you join and the seeds doesn't get to you because they are not allowed over the border it's your mistake and you can't expect a resend!

FYI: it is illegal to ship propagative material (seeds, bulbs, cuttings, etc) to the US from foreign countries without a phytosanitary certificate (issued by the Agriculture Department of the country of origin). If you participate in this swap, you are taking the chance of having a violation issued against you and your package being seized and destroyed. i would suggest changing the location to Europe only. if you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me via PM. be careful and happy swapping.

When it is illegal for your country, than please do not join! This is international, because in word are more countries outside of Europe as USA. All people must yourself know can they join or not.
