Making Yummies #1 - Strawberry Bread

I know I'm not the only one out there who is passionate about making delicious treats! So, I decided to start this new swap series.

The purpose of this is to try new yummy recipes and hopefully add something new to your tried and true collection. This time we will be making strawberry bread! For this swap you will document the making of your strawberry bread, and email it to your parter. You must take at least one picture of the finished project, but it would be great if you could take more of yourself making it! Explain what you did differently, if anything, and also explain any problems you had, if you would make the recipe again, and anything else you'd like to share!
