Description:

Send a postcard to your partners that have a portrait of some kind on the front. It could be a photograph, a painting, or just about anything as long as it's a portrait.

Swap will be international, mostly because I'm curious what kind of faces we're all going to see!

Open to everyone but I reserve the right to kick out people who have really really bad ratings. Hopefully everyone gets their postcards, but if you don't receive them let me know and I'm happy to fill in.

Can the post cards be handmade or bought ones which are embellished? Also, how should they be sent (ie. nakedor not?) Thanks! :)

OOh sorry! Sent naked, and I'm all for handmade if your partner is OK with it - make sure and check. Some people only like store-bought cards. If you have a specific preference, please leave it here!

I have several choices of cards for this swap. But my source is drying up. Does any one have any suggestions of where to look for store bought cards?

I get my cards in book stores, childrens book stores, museums, even supermarkets, tourist offices, stores that sell school supplies and second hand on the internet...

@Lieve Thanks for the tips I haven't seen them at the supermarkets here and I don't look for them in book store I am too busy looking for books ;) Where on the internet?

Just the regular second hand sites, the ones I visit are all Dutch or Belgian. Most of the time they offer very old sightseeing cards, but sometimes you can find others as well. Last week I found a lot from 1000 postcards for 50 euro, not very new, but in good condition and unwritten...

I bought a ton of mine from Pomegrante Press - they do interesting bulk packs.
