Seasoning/Spice Swaparama

Everyone has a favorite seasoning/spice whether they know it or not. Some people like garlic. Some like pepper. Some even like dill. For this reason I think it would be awesome to have a seasoning/spice and recipe swap.

The plan is to swap with 2 partners from across the globe a few ounces of your favorite seasoning/spice, in it's original sealed container, and a recipe that corresponds with it. Unfortunately not all people are going to enjoy the same flavors. That is where the fun comes in. Seasonings and Spices are wonderful in that a chef can use as little or as much as they want in a dish. Plus, because this is an international swap, there is a chance to discover a new food fetish.
