Description:

Oh I love Nostalgia :)

For this swap take a trip to your attic, basement, thrift store, retro shop, bargain bins etc and find either a book, dvd/vhs, toy or candy (must buy candy new and get enough to fill a 4x6 or larger envie for your partner) that you loved when you were a kid (13 years old or younger).

Read the book or watch the dvd/vhs or play with the toy or eat some of the candy (if you choose to do candy buy enough for you and the partner you send to) write a letter about what you think/feel after rereading/watching/playing/eating this item you adored as a child. Do you still love it?

Bonus: Invite a kid about the same age you were when you loved it to read/watch/play/eat with you and you can write in letter how they liked it too. :)

Send your partner the item (so make sure it's something you can part with) and the letter.

Requirements No newbies sorry. 4.8 or higher with minimum of 10 non-email swaps completed no resent unexplained 1's

U.S and Canada only sorry, due to postage and so the swappers will have more in common with what they go nostolgic over.

If any one wants to host a international or regional for other countries go ahead just link to this swap in your swap and link to your swap in the comments below. That way it's easier for swappers to find the type of swap they want.

Maybe you should add to the description that the brads should be different and not all the same? something like "No more than X the same"

lol :)

kookie 05/ 5/2010 #

should it be something on the person's wishlist?

catherine 05/ 5/2010 #

Price limit?

iggygirl 05/ 6/2010 #

no not from their wishlist, this is senders choice.

No price limit. alot of the items will be used, some may find something in their basement from their childhood and pay nothing. just use common sense and don't send anything broken (well used is fine though)
