Hello I am starting a Whimsy Jar Swap one of those Mason Jar's. One that is around 500 ml I think it's the medium size. Fill your mason Jar with your partners favorite Color. Please make it Beautiful something you would love to receive. Everyone can post a few colors they like below in the comments. I have wanted to try one of these for so long I just decided well why not. I chose colors to bc anyone can pick a color, please look to your partners profile to find some ideas for the types of goodies they would like to receive. It only have to be the color though. My local thrift store actually makes whimsey jars, and sells them for $4...so fun...but dangerous, lol.

What size jar? Mason jars come in a variety of sizes from jelly to pint ect.

I am so sorry I am a complete moron I never even thought of that. I am going to say one of those 500 ml ones. I think the larger ones will cost a fortune to be mailed.

My favorite colour is lime green, but I wouldnt mind combined colours, its up to you...just nothing pink please..:)

I love brown, blue, and turquoise/teal; green is fine as well. Cranberry/dark red is always pretty too :)

This is my first whimsy jar swap, just out of curiosity, what's the best way to ship the jars? I don't want the glass jars to break :( Are plastic ones ok as well? Sorry for all the questions!

i use a lot of bubble wrap when i ship glass of any kind.

i like jewel tones: amethyst-purple, sapphire-blue, emerald-green, ruby-red, opal-has sort of an iridecent look to it.

any one of or combination of the above is fine.

My favorite colors are orange and sea foam green.

I love teal and orange together. Or sea foam green and salmon/ coral.

Any combo or solid of these colors would be fantastic for me! =) Thanks.
