I saw interest for an international Halloween Party Favor Bag on Mere's swap ~ So I emailed and discussed an international one!

So Here We Go! You will only have three partners for this swaps.Which means you will make and send three party bags plus received three party bags! This is just like the kind a kid would bring home from a Birthday Party or a Halloween Party or Christmas Party! You will get 3 Party Bags in a Halloween Theme (usually come 20 to a pack so you will probably have extras) and fill them with atleast 5 items! Looking for hearts ~ Add More!! There is no limit to what you can add!
