This is a Las Vegas Nevada ATC theme. Anything and everything to do with Las Vegas is allowed in this swap. From playing cards and slot machines to cocktail girls, shows and lights, they all fit into this ATC theme, so have fun with this and enjoy! 2 parners and 2 ATCs each partner (=4 ATCs total) Standard ATC rules 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" any medium.
