I personally looove halloween and I think it's no wrong time for Halloween swap ;) In this swap You'll create ONE Halloween notecard for TWO persons. Cards should be 'normal' size (about A5) and folded. You can use any technique as you like, as long as the card is something you'd like to receive. No flakers, no no-sends or 1/3 within last 6months.
