I found this great in expensive craft thought I would share. It is called a book thong. I love making these. I also thought it would be fun to make and exchange them. http://www.beadstudio.com/info.php?a=383 has a great tutorial. In this swap you will make one Book thong and mail it to your partner. It is senders choice. If you get one you do not like then save it and send it to some one else. I hope you will all have fun doing this. Whoever gets mine -- it will be a virgin thong cause I have never tried making them before. :-) I got a very pretty one from Karenmomofthree in a tag and loved it to pieces. So, please be understanding of my novice attempt.

I just made 7 they are so addicting! Thank you MistyPup50 you are too kind! FYI WALMART IS GETTING RID OF ITS FABRIC DEPARTMENT AND NOTIONS so buttons and charms are all discounted, you may want to pick some up. I made some charms tonight using my rubber stamps and some shrink plastic, so much fun!

Mistypop50, anything will do on your thong : try to see what is in your home differently, you could be amazed what stuff we can use ! I like to roam in my man's tool box to see what's in it. I have made jewelry with washers and sold it ! :) Just have fun !

i am a book thong virgin too mistypup but also have tons of supplies!!! i may need to make a batch! and i can use all me ?heavy stuff as it is Canadian!!! love it!!!
