--- EDITED the deadlines and some content --- My first group swap for G.A.S.P., yay! For some reason I'm stuck with the idea that many people here like weird socks. Well, who doesn't?! Silly socks are great anyway and especially if you have to dress up and try to look normal otherwise, for work or so. And in the worst case wear a uniform! So what's better than wearing strange socks hidden in your shoes so nobody else can see them? In this swap you'll have one partner. You will buy her/him ONE PAIR of silly socks. Think strange colors, mad patterns, quirky pictures on them... Keep the cost as low as you can, the strangest socks are usually the cheapest :-) Please make sure you have your shoe size mentioned in your profile or if you don't, leave a comment to this swap desciption to tell the size of your foot. In order to rock the socks we need music. Since sending actual mixed CDs is a bad idea because of copyright things, you'll compile a playlist of 6 to 10 songs that make you want to dance, jump, sing along, wave your bodyparts or otherwise act like the silly person you are. Various artists and bands, please! The recipient can then find the songs on YouTube, iTunes, Spotify or wherever she likes to get her/his music from. Print your playlist in a silly font or write it with a crazy-colored pen but make it readable anyway. This is SENDER'S CHOICE, so you can pick any socks that you find silly enough for the purpose and any music titles that happen to rock your socks. I would really appreciate you uploading pictures of the socks and the playlists that you send and receive :-) I truly hope that although we're all silly here you understand to follow the general Swap-bot rules about sending before the time is out, sending something good enough and rating your partner the way she/he deserves to be rated. |
