You may want to extend the send date as I know for a fact some places may not have the majority of Thanksgiving cards up till Nov. 1. as that is the normal change over for Thanksgiving plus the selection is better at that time. A few will have some up maybe about the middle of Oct. as Halloween cards sell down. Just a suggestion.
