100 words to describe myself

Simple..........choose 100 words that describe you, the way you look, the way you act, the job you have,etc etc. present this to your partner in a creative way of your choosing, add some illustrations or use different coloured inks, etc,

the 100 words can be hand written or typed but please remember if you are writing to make them clear and easy to decipher! Think about enclosing a photo f yourself though this isnt compulsory but it will give your partner a better idea of what makes you tick and who you are.

This swap serves two purposes...

• Someone else in our group gets to know you a little better through the words you use and maybe finds they have things in common and you find a new friend.

and

*. thinking positively about yourself is healthy for self esteem.

Dont be shy and please join in. you can start work on your swap as soon as you sign up as this is all about sharing yourself with someone else and not profile specific to your partner.
