Keep your TRICKS, & give me your TREATS! - INT !!!

Halloween is not a major holiday here in the great Down Under - and I get terribly jealous of our American friends :P

So, how about we spoil each other with a little Halloween treat!

I've never been trick-or-treating, or had a trick-or-treat baggie. And I want one dammit! And I know you do too! :P

So, for this swap, you will make ONE partner ONE trick-or-treat bag, and fill it with at least TWO handmade (by you!) halloween themed goodies. (NOT lollies, although you can add some if you want, but handmade-crafty-type-happy-feeling-inducing-things!)

There are so many ways you can do this, and I am leaving it up to your creative minds to decide how you will spoil your partner.

In case you are stuck for ideas ...

• You could use a premade canvas tote or paper bag from your craft store and embellish to your hearts content.

• Or sew your own!

• here's a tutorial for a cute felt bag, or if you are feeling adventurous here's one for a lined fabric bag, or how about a pumpkin bag?

• For your two fillers, how about a Halloween themed hanging ornament, a handmade card, finger puppets, a stuffie, a spooky dotee or some handmade halloween jewellery?

• Flickr is your friend - go have a look at what other people have been up to and see if anything inspires you :)

This is sender's choice, but do have a look at your partners profile to make sure you don't send anything they wouldn't love ^.^

The Nitty-Gritties :

• There is 2 weeks to sign up, and 2 more until send date. I think that gives us lots of time to be all creative and stuff, and to get your package to your partner in time for halloween!

• There's no size requirement for the bag. Use your judgement - as long as it's big enough to fit your two items in it, then it's all good!

• If anyone has any dramas with anything in the swap, please let me know - I am very flexible :)
