Friends ATC Swap Phoebe

Hi this is the 3rd in a series of Friends Atc swaps.

For this swap you will create an ATC relating to Phoebe from Friends. If using pictures to make your ATC please do not include other cast members of Friends, Phoebe only please! I shall be doing further ATC swaps for the other members so you can complete a whole set! I shall probably do Gunther & Janice too! Please use your imagination and be creative, and only send something you would love to receive. This swap is all about showcasing your art and your personal style for people to see! The ATCs should be standard ATC size of 2.5" by 3.5".

Anyone may join this swap as long as you have no 1 or 3 ratings in the last 6 months. Newbies are welcome but must have a fully filled out profile.

If you do have a 1 or 3 rating within the last 6 months and really want to join, please PM me about the reason for the rating. I will then reconsider letting you into the swap. However if you have flaked on me or any of my hosted swaps in the past you are automatically banned. I hate to ban, but I will be completely checking out profiles, and I will ban if I have to do so.

Also I shall check to see if you are a non rater, I do not feel it is fair for people to work hard on swaps and not get rated in return, it is just common courtesy.
