Bargain Bin Bookswap #1- Judge a Book by Its Cover

Books, books, books! There is a definite lack of book swaps compared to others, so I decided to start a new swapping series.

Thrift and bargain stores are always a good place to find hidden treasures, especially books! It might take a little looking, but you almost always uncover something interesting.

FOR THIS SWAP, you will send one (1) book to one (1) partner. You should find a place that sells cheap secondhand books (Goodwill, for example). Find a fiction novel that stands out on the shelf and looks interesting. The goal is to judge it by its cover; make it something you'd be likely to grab for yourself, not something that looks boring. Try to stay away from popular books you could buy at a grocery store. Paperback is preferred since it's cheaper to ship but not mandatory.

Send something you'd like to receive. Worn books are fine, but make sure it isn't missing pages. Also, be courteous and don't send someone a book from a series unless it's the first.

Rated users with a 4.8 or higher. Participants must have a decent amount of rated mail swaps. No recent 1's or 3's! I will be checking profiles for this one. Be nice; don't flake! If this swap goes well, there will be more to follow!
